Pros +

The staff was great. Room and facilities were great.
This was our second stay, and we love it there. The staff is very friendly, and we've always had huge rooms. The full-size kitchen is big enough for thanksgiving dinner! We'd stay here again in a minute.

Cons -

The location required a shuttle to everything. A bit inconvenient.
If anything - and this barely deserves a mention - they were staining the exterior of the building while we were there so we did have to deal with a little smell and guys right outside our window on a snorkel lift, but it has to be done sometime.
