- Beautiful property and easy access to beach with complimentary services from the resort (beach chair, umbrella and toys!) We stayed in the three bedroom villa for a family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers, it was extremely spacious and comfortable! We loved everything about our stay and the staff were absolutely wonderful

- I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, very poor service, the staff is not trained.,behave arrogantly.I'll start in order, my wife and I decided to stay for one night, I paid all fees and taxes through the booking site, it turned out to be $ 2000 per night.When we arrived, we were met by a smiling guy, asked for an ID and a credit card, while not saying that we had to pay a deposit of $ 500 on the booking site, this information was also not there. When I went to my account, I was shocked.Then it turned out that they have paid Parking on the territory. This is a 5-star hotel and a paid parking of $45. It turned out later. They didn't tell me about it, I accidentally asked, after that I raised a scandal and called the manager to settle the scandal, they gave us free parking and immediately returned the deposit. The story does not end there. When we checked out at 11:00 the next day and went to the reception. They made us pay a resort fee of about 69$, note this is in addition to the amount that I already paid including all fees and taxes, they said some kind of resort fee that is not included in basic payment on the booking site. Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to ruin your holiday. They will try their best to deceive you
