- Towels were good.
- When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff member (unfortunately, I did not get his name), who was polite and understanding.

Cons -
- King size bed in room was very poor quality. Like a hammock. I booked this hotel because they offered hot breakfast. It was poor quality did not eat it. Had to buy breakfast out and pay for 3.
- the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were unacceptable
- I got stuck in the hotel elevator. It really scared me. A guest was able to open the door to let me out. When I called the front desk, she said they had a technician on site to fix it at that exact time. Why didn't they put up a sign NOT TO USE it.
