- Customer service was amazing
- It was very clean and the room was nice.

Cons -
- The hot tub was dirty
- pull out bed uncomfortable and missing bedding, specifically listed as having an indoor pool, doesn?t, front desk lady was great, others were ok, called to request late check out before the trip and it was not noted so they tried to kick us out early
- Our room was on the 3rd floor, far from the one elevator. The room, albeit a suite, was very basic.
