- Relational staff
- I chose this hotel because it is very near the place where I was attending a meeting the day of my stay, and I've stayed here before. I also specifically wanted to use the indoor pool and hot tub.
- All the Staff were very helpful and polite
Cons -
- No
- Slipped outside the door to the pool; water on the floor. Hot tub, Bathtub in room needs to be clean. The mattress on the bed was sloped on one side. Closet door had been removed, but hardware still on the wall. Front desk staff could be friendlier.
- The irons and washer and dryer need to be updated, the wheelchair accessible rooms need roll in showers and shower chairs
