Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa

Everything! The grand entrance, the room, Lounge, Dining beyond our expectations. The food tasted like heaven! The staff were friendly and accommodating! We look forward to returning for an extended stay so we can enjoy the spa services!

The price although it was worth every penny!

Nice lobby

Very poor rooms. TV was 20 years old and "un-watchable". Hot tub outside was not worth the high cost of the room. This hotel is way overpriced.

HOT SPRINGS

The overall vibe of the hotel was laid back and veery chill

Didn't eat breakfast there. Have eater there before--prices high (comparatively) and food just average.

Lower food prices. We travel away from the venue for meals in nearby town.

Pleasant

The room was not clean. The jacuzzi water was very dirty with debris, and there was an unpleasant, sour smell in the room. Overall, I was disappointed with the stay.

Hottub and pool. Surroundings were beautiful. The hotel is comfortable. Lots of room.

The rooms were a bit hotel feeling. But the worst was the service at the restaurant and front desk. It was like everyone was new there. The food was just okay, the portions were small and the menus is way overpriced. They were understaffed, and the staff just seemed new or unhappy.

Very relaxing and peaceful. ☺️ Nestled in the forest with beautiful grounds The springs and spa are immaculate. Close to Beacon Rock, the Bonneville Dam, and the beautiful Columbia River gorge

The booking cost was deceptive. It advertised $128 but ended up costing over $149 at check in. The hotel restaurant did not disclose To Go fees up front for food pickup.

The decor and how spacious the room was. Also the food was delicious from the restaurant.

The hottub needed to be cleaned and treated.

Cleanliness and not too busy.

Was told they would allow me to do late checkout at 1pm. Then to be told later that they don’t do late checkout. All staff should know this information.

When a blaring fire alarm went off at 3am there wasn’t anyone there to tell us where to go or what was going on

Location

The AC was broken in our room. We mentioned it 3 time to the front desk and they did nothing. Our room got up to 86 degrees and with 2 children it was horrible experience. The outdoor pool was broken, the food was overpriced

Location was quiet and relaxing, hot tub was nice and dinner at the onsite restaurant was better than expected

loud party a couple rooms down, not the fault of the resort though

- delicious food- peaceful location - comfortable beds- clean- hot tubs of course

Small suggestions:- there was no accessible outlet near my bed stand for charging devices- bad coffee in-room and at espresso bar

We loved the landscape and location as well as the interior woodwork detailing and furnishings in the fireplace room and having our coffee on the balcony Linda was so kind to get some extra pods for us thank you and we will be back again

We love the fountain and hope the rest of them will be in operation and the wooden sculptures and wooden carvings will be restored as they are all a unique part of the premises and shouldn’t go away

We really enjoyed the hot tub on our deck with hot spring water. Food was very good and prepared well.

Staff seemed unsure about the operation of some their facilities. Was told by one employee that the restaurant and bar were open and serving. When time came for dinner we were told the restaurant was closed for construction. Bar had limited menu but was good food. Told ice machine was on 3rd floor by one employee. Ice machine no where to be found. Told by another employee it was removed for service and ice could be retrieved at bar which was acceptable for the night. When going to get ice at the bar the next morning the bar was also closed. To early. No ice for us that morning.

Nothing didn’t stay there. No room offered per your booking. This is a failure of YOUR business model.

Staff claimed room would be ready in 10 minutes they would text us, verified number text never came. We left hour and a half later. Found other accommodation.

Private Jacuzzi tub on the forest view deck.

The pillows, no microwave in your room and possibly not a public one on your same floor.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I watched them handle multiple disasters and frustrated guests with ease. I was so impressed.

The resort has a very "Sterile" feel, lighting and ambiance were much more of a hotel feel than a resort. I would like to see it much warmer, more plants, even a fragrance if possible. Something that makes it feel more upscale.
