Pros +

  • The location: close to the slopes. With a great view to the mountains and a lake where you could skate on. Love that it had a hot tap and outdoor pool.
  • The stay was very clean when we arrived and in a great location especially if you have kids. Restaurants, playgrounds, activities close by made this stay such a great experience.
  • Clean/location.

Cons -

  • The hot tap had no passage to get to it from inside. You had to walk to it from outside.
  • I wish the water was a bit warmer, the shower was a bit cold.
  • We couldn't check in until after 5PM because the room wasn't ready, as a result we had to cancel our dinner plans. Upon arrival, the fireplace didn't work, so we had to call maintenance. It was not a great start.Hotels have later and later check-ins and earlier check outs, 10AM really? For the minimal amount of time you get to stay in the room, the cost of the room is too high. It devalues the room, it's just not worth the cost. Hotel greed breeds extortion. We will not be coming back.

Overall I loved the studio that we stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and felt so homey and warm. It was truly a great experience.

The only thing I would say I did not like was it was very difficult to navigate to the spa as we could not find signs pointing to it. I had to just walk around and around until I found it. I think some signs would be helpful. Once we found it we truly enjoyed it as we went int he hot tub outside and it was snowing so that made up for everything.
