- Staff was friendly. They get screwed over with commissions when they book an adventure tour thing. The company gets the commission not the employee.

- Location Cleaning staff very polite.
Cons -
- Service was terrible, coffee shop was awful, wifi doesn't work
- Prices and sevice at the restaurants. Very slow.
- Power outage for hours, evidently no backup generator. Water outage after power went out. Plumbing issues Reserved 2 queen, given 1 King No early check-in for train passengers from Fairbanks A/C heating system did not work Very poor management service.
