- Pool not working, no hot water

- I was hoping the pool but was not happy with that dirty mess.
Cons -
- One of the two elevators was out of service. I did not consider this acceptable for the rate paid to stay at this hotel. Also, the entrance to the hotel is a little steep for longer vehicles or trailers and there were many drag marks in the roadway.
