- Air conditioning was not working during a very hot few days. Pool was not well maintained. No coffee in the lobby prior to breakfast buffet opened.
- The hotel was filthy I had to change my room due to mold on the ceiling, and the bathroom being dirty. The first room I was in room 112 was disgusting. I was moved to room 530 and that room was not clean either.

I like how relaxing the hotel lounge area is
Our elevator on our side of the hotel didn?t work and when it did work it took forever . I called front desk can the come get trash out the room and to get the shower cleaned because we stayed 2 days no one came so we just had trash sitting in the room
