- Love the Location. Perfect for the surounding Mall and eateries.
Cons -
- No hot water and tv not functioning
- The air conditioning wasn?t on in the common areas and it was 100 degrees outside. Guests were joking about having the heat turned on in the hotel. The elevator was broken but staff didn?t tell anyone. Ended up using the stairs to go to the 5th floor.
- Breakfast could use a little more variety. Fruit was a not fresh. Please tell house keeping to pay close attention to sheets and comforter. A few blood stains on the comforter. Overal 8.5 out of 10..
