Loved that it was right on the beach, it wasn't super crowded.
It was quiet and clean. The room did not disappoint me except for the beds. My wife and I have physical issues that make sleeping in a double bed comfortably nearly impossible. We would have preferred a queen size bed option.

Room was not ready at check in, wanted me to use a dirty room, payment was not processed correctly, your website screwed up the payment.
The pictures didn't correctly match the hotel, and it said it was supposed to be in kill devil hills, but it turned out to be a miles drive down the coast. The location wasn't terrible, but I expected it to be where it said it was on the website.
