It was quite clean, well furnished, in a convenient location; the owner (with whom I spoke by phone) was very helpful. Really thanks to the owner, I can give this place a 7/10 rating. It's a nice place, but prospective guests should know all about it.
The homey atmosphere

Cons -

First, it is not a hotel. The property's own website clearly calls it a guesthouse. There is no front desk and no staff present. It has no restaurant license; therefore, the "breakfast" advertised was mostly snack foods. The entrance is not accessible.
We were not told we had be sharing the suite with anyone. The people we were with were very nice, but it didnt allot us much privacy.
