Non-smoking hotel, but we were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes. We were told there were no other rooms available, and were offered no solutions other than to spray air freshener. Manager offered no compensation of any kind

Convenient location and shuttle bus to casino. Bed was comfortable

It was advertised as luxury, it was drab with low grade furniture and small. VeRy disappointing,I'have stayed at hotels for a third of the cost with nicer rooms. No extra blankets, coffee packet for only one person, it was a double occupancy room.

Location was close to Foxwoods. Liked the Shuttle. This hotel was not quite as nice as I would expect it to be. It was a letdown to say the least. Free coffee only available from Midnight to 9am?? Very odd! I've had better stays at MUCH cheaper hotels.

Sheets were NOT soft. Like a sandpaper lol! I don't usually complain but I was expecting more for the price people pay to stay in these Foxwoods hotels etc.... If you don't like smoke don't stay here. Room was small and not even a microwave.

Shuttle took over 1/2 hour of waiting vs 20 min as stated. Employee checking us in Was not friendly . .

Pillows needed to be changed and bathroom needs updating. Did not expect handicap suite, wish we were told.

Only issue is the charged my card 100.00 for a hold and three days later still waiting for my money to be back!! Since I️ paid cash very angry

It's beautiful staff is friendly more layed back beautiful pool room, restaurant and walking trails loved it!

Room was dirty, everything felt outdated, staff was unfreindly and unable to handle multiple people checking in/out at the same time.

It's proximity to the casino.

I found the staff at the front desk to be somewhere between unfriendly and neutral. The room itself was clean but it felt like I was staying at a Super 8 or other budget motel, which was very disappointing given the cost. Also 4PM was late to check in.

There was absolutely nothing good to say. Staff was totally unfriendly. The room was lower than basic. Stayed at motel 6 with better decor and furniture

Hotel had hardly any light 3 minimum lamps 2 had no bulbs. House phone did not work. Noisy heard rain like it was storming in the room

This was a good and easy to get to the Casino, Room was clean. Had a lot of fun. people there were very nice.

Location. for below. The beds were like cement.

The Lady that checked me in. Did NOT understand her job. Had terrible communication skills. Could not even explain if i was given the offered upgrade or if there were 2 beds in the room. Even after speaking with her Manager it was a long check in.

The room across the hall was playing loud music all night and the hallways smelled like marijuana. The rooms were decently clean, at best.

Quick check in. The room was clean and warm.

I've stayed hear last yr and I found a good deal online for the room and it much more quiet then staying on site

It's only minutes from the Casinos. Door to door shuttle bus service is provided and runs every 10-15 minutes, either way, all day and night. Felt like you were still part of the action without paying the premium prices to stay in the casinos.

This place is great there is a shuttle 24 hrs a day. Has a bar and grill restaurant on site very good food!

Two trees grill was average but the bar and bartender at the end of the night was excellent

Room service knocking on the door at 730am wasn't pleasant
