Located a 2 minutes’ walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the 5th Avenue. Illusion Boutique "Near Beach" features a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool, massage room. The bus station is only 10 minutes' way walking and Cancun International Airport is 40 minutes’ drive away. - Just the location, it¿s right off of the main strip
- The location and the staff. Cold A/C. Quiet.
- Location to the beach was great. 3rd floor room with non working elevator was challenging. Being right next too 5th ave. Expect loud music till at least 4 am., if you're into that. Overall, close to everything.
Cons -
- There¿s no staff at all that have access to help you in the hotel for your reservation. At the front they¿re there are only to provide you with your room key and that¿s it. Can¿t help you with anything else. Just pray your A/C works.
- The bed was hard as a rock. I think that sleeping on the floor would have been better. Towels super thin and with holes in them.
- Elevator out of commission. Upper pool bar closed. I assume because of covid. Pretty noisey for an old man... but thats just me.
