Kool beach club is just 0.9 mi from the Hotel, where you can enjoy a full breakfast. ADO International Bus Station is 0.7 mi away. Cancun City and its international Airport can be reached in a 45-minute drive, while Xcaret Eco-Theme Park is 15 minutes' drive away.

- The location and greenery in the attached restaurant were nice.
Cons -
- Horrible! I have traveled all over the world and this is a new level of bad! Made to pay an additional $20 (cash, card machine was "down") bribe to have a business college come visit for less then 2 hours. Staff humiliated me in front of a co-worker.
- The water stopped working multiple times during the one day/night I was there. I booked a room with a jacuzzi but could not use it due to no water. The AC wasn't sufficiently cold/strong for the size of the room and took a long time to cool it down.
- Impossible to find parking and coins for the parking, we took about 2 hours asking for change, app did not work neither credit card. No phone to communicate to reception, no blow dry or coffee services. Reception Guy did not offer any help.
