- Some of the staff was very friendly, the pool was very clean, even though it was just a pretty big one

- Not enough chairs in the pool for everyone, the beach area is not cleaned, most of the restaurants are located at the entrance of the hotel, and there aren’t enough carts to take you around so you have to walk .5 miles each way to get there. Food was mid
- The air smelled too much of the rotting seaweed. Not enough english speaking staff, our room air conditioning sucked.
- Staff are rude, talking back at guests. Driving golf carts way too fast thru the road/path to get to the lobby/beach not caring for guests walking on the same road. Low budget food.

Decent food choices

Friendly Staff, luscious grounds and delicious buffet, animals on grounds.
Fridge did not work but was replaced when asked. The hallways look dated, artwork was yellowed. Inside the room was missing a wow factor however the scenic view was outstanding. -very hard to reserve their restaurants, so 2 buffets were only option.
