Nice rooms, directly at the bike path, decent breakfast

Clean. I lost a key card and there was no fee. Good for cycling.Spacious parking space. Great region. Friendly staff.

A bit noisy in the morning.Some access to water would be helpful.

Location waa great. Right across the danube and few minutes away from the bus stop. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant had a limited menu but the food was great.

Hotel is located neareby local noisy route. Absence of aircondition is giving you two chances: sleep with ear protection in acceptable temperature or quite and hot and sweaty.

Adequately sized room, quite a good breakfast. Fair location not far from river.

No coffee maker or safe in room, from memory. There are no shops nearby - ok if you have a car and can drive a few km into Melk.

Glass bathroom door, a bit strange.To me, a bit too high price, but everything else was not available.

the owner was not very nice with her young staff, very abrupt and bossing them around in front of guests; rather unprofessional. made us think that we certainly would not want to have to work for someone like her…

Right outside to ferry stop and bus stop. Great refurbished room.....nice and quiet.... Had dinner in hotel. Great Vienna Schnitzel!

bed has vibration massage mattress, bathroom has bathtub and music player. staff were friendly , place was clean

the lady boss, a little rude and grumpy most of the time except when we told her we will hv dinner & breakfast at the hotel restaurant and when we were checking out. no air conditioning (they claim it’s built into the ceiling though we found no vents)

for the "Baldachin" above the garden should be found another solution. it feels somehow to deeply , killing the atmosphere. I would also suggest to close the kitchen a bit later,

Surly lady at the front desk will try to double-charge you and then not apologize when she realizes her error. Childrens bikes are all broken so none available. the restaurant is unsuitable for children and the breakfast really mediocre. Better options available

Recently renovated modern room. Good location for cycling the Wachau Valley, close to Melk

The staff (owners?) who checked us in/out were very rude, pushy about us having breakfast in the restaurant. I booked a room with a sofa bed - we did not get this room. The room was very warm!

We had a very nice one night stay at the hotel. It is conveniently located right off the road. We got there kind of late but they were still there to check us in. We awoke early the next morning and took a walk to/thru the small town and along the river where we viewed the abbey we had visited the day before. The church bells rang. We returned to the hotel for a delicious breakfast.

Amazing hotel. Nice and helpfull staff. The family dog hanging aroud the hotel is a charming touch.The room was 100%. Massage bed in every room.Great location right on the Danube. Free parking.

Really nice, well equipped large room, exceeded expectations with the massaging bed and radio in the bathroom! Would definitely stay here again.
