- Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Electric car charging possible which for us was a big plus. Also great that you can reach several hiking trails from the surrounding of the hotel.
- New and clean rooms. Great location directly at the river Danube.
- We were moved to the sister hotel which was a great location right opposite where the ships stop. Frau Pichler is very welcoming and fun, the restaurant has a lovely garden area, staff is great, we borrowed e-bikes from the hotel, the room was nice, breakfast was nice, the whole package was just perfect

The staff was excellent and super helpful. The restaurant at the property was closed, due to the bank holiday in Austria but one nice lady helped us to order food at a restaurant nearby. Cool!
The breakfast was a disgrace. Poor choice of fruits and vegetables. Being in the Wachau, no apricot juice available... Only terrible coffee machine, not a decent expresso machine in this hotel.
