Hotel Krone Speicher

New/ clean/ easy to access/ pretty

Nice place along our travels. Great restaurant and very nice staff there.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and we could have used more pillows and covers.

Great experience!! Very nice and clean boutique hotel! Catarina was super nice with us!! Pet friendly!!

TOP BREAKFAST WITH AN UNMATCHABLE MUESLI.ROOM VERY NICE AND THE PARFUME IN THE HOTEL, DUE TO THE WOOD ON THE WALLS, SO GOOD. A PLACE WERE STAY AND RELAX.

PRATICALLY NOTHING.

the interiors, the mood, the hotel it s unique in san Gallen area. And a fantastic muesli at breakfast!!

The Hotel is very very nice! It was renovated some years ago and it just looks incredible, cosy! The location is good, you can take a tram to St Gallen easily.

Nothing negative to say, had a wonderful stay

Outdtsnding hotel in the Appenzello 5 minutes from the Sankt Gallen center. Beautifull wood parfum in the rooms, and a fantastic breakfast with the best bircher muesli sofar.

Monday / Tuesday the very nice and gourmet restaurant is close

very nice place (converted old house) close to St. Gallen - excellent restaurant

comfortable beds; air-conditioned room. hotel was quiet with free parking

there was no kettle or mini fridge in room as advertisedpillows could be more comfortable

Beautiful design and decor, I had the blue room on the corner as seen in the photos. It was immaculate. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were very kind and professional. I liked it so much that I stayed a second night. A very well-run hotel. Also it was extremely convenient to St Gallen ( less than 10 min) but gave the feeling of being in the country. Perfect for a stay in the Appenzell region. Speicher is a charming little town in the countryside.

There is absolutely nothing I can think of to criticize .

Great location. Big room with all the facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Decently priced for the facilities it provide.

The property had a lovely and interesting interior. The rooms were clean and facilities well maintained. The staff were very helpful and nice. Rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely especially with their homemade jams.

Nothing to do with the property but if you’re driving into St Gallen from the hotel, there is a speed camera down hill. So if your not paying attention to your speed even though your not accelerating, you may get captured and fined.

Everything was excellent - the room, restaurant, service itself. We booked in the very last minute before our stay, but it was our best place where we stayed in the Switzerland. Highly recomended.

The rooms have very low ceiling, but this is historical building and therefore it is not a complain. It is a way how houses were built in Appenzell region. Just for very tall people - watch your head.

breakfast is great.

Wifi in room is too bad. I have to sit outside of my room to be connected with wifi

Lovely interiors. Friendly staff. Dinner was very nice.

Lack of toiletries in rooms.

Big room size and clean facility also the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is very limited.

Beautiful room with huge bathroom. Very cosy vibe. The dinner and breakfast in the hotel were fabulous. The staff were lovely - very attentive and extremely friendly.

The location is good . The restaurant has really tasty food and good wine. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good. Very convenient for a one night stay.

The hotel parking is very small, don't have free places.

My second time and enjoyed my stay again, the quality of meals in the restaurant is amazing, prepared with love and fresh products.

Great breakfast with local delicacies. Friendly staff and modern room with excellent A/C.

Parking space is somewhat limited.
