    Pros +

    • Saltwater pool, albeit indoor. Plenty of parking. Adjacent to huge marina (France's largest?)
    • The room was very clean and original. The bed is wonderfull. The Staff is great. The breakfast is very good. The pool and wellness area very nice, overall a very good hotel and I will come back again.
    • Everything! The staff are all so efficient and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room was lovely, great beds and quiet too. It’s in a great location for the shops and restaurants at the port.

    Cons -

    • Claims to be 5 star. In my experience of 5 star hotels, the concierge and valet parking is available at 19:00 (usually 24/7); the receptionists smile; room carpets are not stained. This does appear to be a spa first and foremost, with the 0 floor having many treatment rooms and the guests we saw mostly 70 years old.Note; a development of 8 houses is currently (July 25) being built adjacent to the hotel and work starts at 07:45. No sleeping in allowed!Unfortunately not the 5 star experience we hoped for.Still waiting for our 200 Euro deposit to refunded, 5 days after check out.
    • Liked everything.
    • Pool opening times poor and lack of steam in both Hammans

Very comfortable room and bed. Great view. Calm. Excellent buffet at restaurant.

The staff was fabulous and did everything to correct a little hurdle we had. The food in general was good with a very pleasant breakfast. We did not book early enough for treatments at the spa but it looked amazing.I enjoyed the pool for a morning swim.

Excellent hotel and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very impressed. Very close to the beach and marina.

    The spa was overcrowded.

Very friendly staff & always happy to help. Good restaurant with nice wine card. Room was spacieuse and modern including à balcony with a beautiful view.

Free space of the wellness wasn’t super quiet and was quite cold (door left open). Nobody of the staff around in that area.

Fantastic location with Atlantic on one side and Golfe du Morbihan on the other. Able to use it as a base for dingy sailing from adjacent marina. Team, bar service and food were both excellent.

Lovely big, comfortable bedrooms. Good choice of options at breakfast. Great location. Lovely spa pool and steam room.

I felt that some of the staff (not all) were not very friendly or helpful for a five star hotel. It would also have been nice if the spa pool and main pool opened early in the morning like the gym so that guests could swim before breakfast.

We liked everything we went there for our golden wedding anniversary and had a lovely time The staff were lovely The room was lovely and the food was excellent Great location

Nice rooms, friendly staff at the bar area. Nice views.

This hotel does not live up to a 5 stars hotel experience and standards. No welcoming staff, a single concierge acting as doorman, butler, valet when available and during day time only. You basically have to park your car yourself and carry your luggage when the concierge is not available. For breakfast, buffet only. If you wish to iron a shirt, there is no iron nor ironing board available in the hotel. Dry cleaning service only.I have had better customer care and experience in 4 stars hotels. This is not acceptable.

Great location, spacious rooms, great views from the rooms and upper swimming pool, nice oriental spa and "parcours marin" facilties

While it might be difficult to recruit experienced staff, some of the staff would need a bit more training in terms of "customer management", a couple of them were even pretty rude.More senior staff members were very nice and professional, one even intervened to tell a younger one off, explaining that this was not the way to talk to customers.

Beautiful unique hotel in a perfect location to relax and enjoy nature. Excellent spa center with all possible treatments and a superb spa pool. Its not just a wonderful hotel but a great destination on its own, offering all you need to rejuvenate mentally and physically. Perfect place to celebrate a special event or just enjoy a weekend with the love one or in a company of friends. Special thanks for

Lighting in public places ( corridors and restaurant)

Clean, comfortable room, comfortable beds, nice view from the balcony. Quite big swimming pool on the roof, comfortable.

Many spa staff do not speak English, so it is very difficult to explain or understand what the therapist is explaining to you. The Thalasso pool at the SPA on the ground floor was overcrowded. Value for money for the SPA treatments is not so good, except for the facial.

Iconic building. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. The room was a good size and clean and comfortable.

Really poor value for money. Dinner in the restaurant was not enjoyable, little ambiance and the food just wasn't up to standard. We had duck, which we requested to be well cooked, but it was over done and tough. The accompaniments were tasteless. Breakfast was equally poor, a small buffet selection and tasteless fruit salad that I couldn't finish. The breakfast room had no access to outside so was stuffy and crowded. The staff however were very helpful.

We liked the spatious, clean room with a view to the see. We liked the worm swimming pool on 4th floor.

The jacuzzi water could have been wormer and massage of jacuzzi on the sides didn't work. The floor around the swimming pool is extremely slippery, either needs mats or other abrasive material. My son fell, luckily nothing happened but if adult slips concecvances can be life long injury.

    It’s geographic location

Did not reach 5 star service, facilities or management of the loud music that blared from an adjoining facility for 10-12 hours a day

    good internetstaff trying but junior

nothing to do with 5 star…90ies idea of luxury hot, chlore smell, artificial, restaurant overlooking dirty indoor pool, buffet without letting us knowwe left after one night…this is ok, but not for this price level. total mismatch between positioning and product.somebody should urgently correct it, sorry

    9BelindaPosted on: 10-31-2022

The hotel is very clean, modern, quiet. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff, very fast room service. We were very happy to spend a full week at this hotel and enjoyed the many Spa treatments available.

There is only one option for breakfast at 25 eur person so quite expensive if you just want coffee and toast. There is only one restaurant for lunch and dinner and again expensive. Overall the food budget was far more expensive than any other Spa we have stayed at. The only other disappointment was that there is a lovely bar but no healthy smoothies or detox options
