The facilities all closed over Easter not a spa destination. I feel it was wrongly advertised

Restaraunt closed pool closed wrongly advertised i searched for a spa destination and was disappointed

The spar was poor hot tube was cold, the sauna didn’t have any water to make it warm up in there it was just like a wooden shed with broken wood inside the showers were broken very poor would not recommend this to anyone chose the best room in the hotel. Felt like a two star hotel

I can’t honestly say there was anything that I would like about the hotel

Poor facilities in the room. Only soap and a sachet of shampoo- shower gel

Hotel rooms were lovely! My partner and I bought our dog and had a junior suit. View of the mountain and the bed was huge with a big bathroom .. comfy bed. Can’t complain!

Only thing we didn’t like was the so called private ‘spa’ half the equipment didn’t work and we basically spent €70 to spend 55 minutes in a jacuzzi. Also, the ceiling is to low that getting into the jacuzzi is very uncomfortable and not ideal for older people as you have to bend and crawl.

Location. Clean room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the hotel with the code during the night time.

I didn't like breakfast, It was pretty poor and you have to ask for the coffe at the bar. Moreover I couldn't exclude breakfast from my reservation.

Nice room, good bathroom, fridge.Good value drinks station on first floor.Close to bars and restaurants.

No kettle . Restaurant closed though buffet breakfast available. Hotel used a picture of a swimming pool in it's profile but there isn't one. Tennis court but didn't have racquets to lend, only one sort of big bat.

More like 2 star, not 4 star. 35 degrees and fridge doesn't work. No bar. Poor decor in rooms. No spar on Sunday afternoon. No, lounge area. Only seating area was in front of hotel in full sun. Resteraunt is 50m down the road.

We had a very confortable stay , a special thanks for the members of staff specialy the young receptionist who was very friendly and helpful with information we needed

The hotel was in good location, the staff were all great and the breakfast was very good. Cold drinks are available on the first floor 24/7.

This hotel shouldn't be confused with the spa facilities that the town is famous for.

A beautiful hotel with all the comfort, a very good room and a good breakfast. In fact, I did not expect it in a little town. The staff was excellent, flexible and attentive.

No lounge area for nights to sit around with friends after being out for a meal other than bar area, although there is a good sized terrace to the front, outside the entrance door, but only in warm weather.

The man at reception was very friendly and did his best to improve our stay.

The hotel has clearly seen better days and could use some renovations. The rooftop terrace was off limits, the restaurant was closed and the wellness required a hefty surplus charge of 60 EUR per person, per hour. Archena has a few nice restaurants and bars (do try Dr. Café) but nothing more. We did some nice hiking in the area though and the surrounding villages of Ojos and Ricote are worth a visit.

The location of the hotel is good, too many shops and restaurant for eating outside. The room is ok but the bathroom is very good/spacious.

As a 4 star hotel many things are missing like you don't have have electric cattle in the room. No personel bar in the fridge. Even not a single water bottle as complimentry or even paid. The breakfast is also OK OK! Not so much options like no boilet egg or omlet ! (as 4 star hotel you should expect more)Even don't have parking private parking! you have to look for the parking on street and on friday the street was completly full. The room aircondioner is always running on 16 degree even you set on display 24 degree.

It is convenient if you need to be in the area.

It seems that hotel management have gotten a little too creative when brainstorming ways to save money. As an example, there is only one sensor next to the elevator that turns on the hallway lights. It is impossible to make it to your room and insert your card before they turn off.

Location. The receptionist is great.

The rooms and the hotel rating is not as it says on Booking. The balcony door were broken, the sheets were not clean. All in all it was not as shown in the pictures. Not a 4 star hotel.
