Pros +
- Close to the thermal pools
- The hotel is a bit old but it was nice, the room was large with a dressing area and large bathroom with bidet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great with a large variety and very good service. The thermal baths were great. It was very relaxing.
- Pedestrianised area, safe for walking. Enjoyed outside area of the Casino cafe. Great for guests who enjoy spa and swimming facilities. Staff were very nice and friendly.
Cons -
- Single beds put together to make a double bed. Then we had to pay extra for a kings size bed. No complimentary water in the room for the price which we had to pay. The breakfast we basic. The hotel was spotless and the staff where good. Price to high
- I would have expected at least a tea maker in the room (most hotels in Spain offer coffee and tea makers in the room). At night we had to ask someone in the restaurant to give us hot water so we can make tea.Another thing we did not like was that there was no English channel in the TV. For a tourist place like this (which we saw many people from other nationalities), we were expecting at least one English channel in the TV.
- Food in Hotel Tremas restaurant. Lacks variety on dinner menu. Complained twice after pork under cooked. Poor quality food served at breakfast, hot breakfast was inedible eg scrambled eggs watery and lumpy :(

Beautiful building spacious room. Within easy reach of all amenities
The restaurant didn’t offer much in terms of choices for evening meal and breakfast could have been better for the price
The decor and staff in the hotel
No coffee in the room
Todo en general.atencion, limpieza, instalaciones
We received an upgrade with a large balcony.
TV had no English channels.Restaurant dinner was very poor. No coffee available.Breakfast was very busy and the staff had difficulty keeping enough food available and the selection was, very poor. .The cost of the one night stay was expensive for such poor service. We waited over 30 minutes to check out, only one receptionist on duty so a queue. She took too long to do her job. She seemed to have problems with understanding the computer. The check in and out takes far too long and needs to be made simpler.
Birthday stay
Casino bar kitchen not open at 7.0pm when we wanted to eat. We had to have a sandwich instead of a cooked meal. Not good for this type of hotel. Hotel restaurant opened too late for us.
Beautiful mountain and river view. Big spa and a restaurant/bar with afternoon and evening activities. Staff in car park, hotel and pools were very friendly and helpful.
If you plan to stay longer after the hotel check out, bring your own towels for the pools. It was very busy, there should be a maximum capacity booking limit. Parking is 8€ per day even if you are staying at the hotels.
Stayed for the spa experience - which is amazing and well worth it. You need to book the 2 hour circuit (with the saunas) separately, which is essential to do if you travel here. The range of treatments is quite complicated and they seem to have a multitude of different offers on at any time. The best thing is to make sure you have the Spa circuit AND the 2 hour Sauna circuit included.Breakfast was excellent buffet.
The hotel is old with a lot of history, has some beautiful areas - but also has that 70's hotel smell.Rooms are clean but pretty average. No TV options apart from the usual (not casting or Smart TV options)We weren't given extra towels for the Spa and were told to use the ones from our room, which meant we had less towels when we got back.
Room comfortable and spa facilities excellent
No bar in the hotel.Tea and coffee in the room would be good. No English TV channels. Not even news. Food is terrible. We had hoped it had improved from a few years ago but we had to send some food back. My husband couldn't even chew his roast veal. I have eaten better school lunches. It was Immediately replaced but we won't eat dinner here again.
The authenticity the tranquility no children screaming in the pools and the customer service
This time nothing
Great location, really lovely area.
They only spoke Spanish and never gave us the details of the spa services in English until the following morning so we missed out using the in house thermal baths.
Room was big and spacious but didn't have any coffee making facilities. Pool areas were very nice and larger than I expected.
The food in the restaurant for dinner was terrible. Very limited choices and brought to the table within 2 minutes so obviously not cooked fresh. Breakfast was better.
All that was on the complex
Our room was not good, it was ground floor on the path where cars could drive through and people passing so no privacy
A beautiful setting and relaxing ambience , liked the casino and riverside bars for relaxing after bathing
As seniors we found it a little of walking . Despite my friend injuring her ankle before coming she was not allowed to park her car in a disabled space despite there being plenty available . Some form of porter age for luggage from carpark is needed for less fit clients .The dinner was disappointing on our first night , my pork was 3/4 solid fat with a small slither of edible meat and despite telling the waitress there was no apology or offer of exchange , I wouldn’t eat there if I came again The rooms are starting to look tired and in need of upgrade . We paid extra for a superior room but no shower screen and shower curtain allowed the bathroom floor to flood with each use
location good
hotel restaurant food in evening not very good served up cold
Beautiful decoration. Very clean. Great breakfast. Large room and bathroom.
Very slow check in and check out. The two members of staff on reception were working on room allocation together whilst guests were waiting at the desk. The task did not require both of them to be involved. We almost felt as if we were interrupting by wanting to check out.
Area was nice.
Pools were over crowded. Restaurant massed up our order 2 times in the same night. Booked message was ok.
Lovely old hotel in beautiful surroundings. The heated pools were a real relaxing treat. Breakfast in the Comedor was splendid, and the Bar and Casino were excellent for light meals, very friendly staff.
Nothing at all!
