Location

Rooms very old, needs updating, no hair dryer. Everything looks old and dirty

The spa and the Casino

Breakfast was poor. Evening buffet was not edible it seemed like the same food was reheated and put out again. We could not eat it but they still insisted we paid for it as we had entered the restaurant. We had to move rooms as the builders were in the next room making excessive noise knocking out the bathroom. We recorded the noise to explain to reception.

The thermol baths were great very relaxing have been before. The breakfast was very good all taste were covered from bacon to Hamon to fruit.They could put some road signs in the town so you can find the place easyer especialy at night would get more clients They could put a kettle in the room like most hotels thies days especialy for when you arrive late wayne

The buildings have a lot of charter but the bedrooms need a revamp are very old fashon baths need to be replaced with showers and the beds are hard need some memory foam beds had to sleep on the pillows.

Resort facilities were good and staff very helpful

The room 213 was difficult to move around in due to a badly positioned fridge cupboard although the rest of the room was goodThere was a lack of instructions on how to use the safe or indeed any info about the process of using the facilitiesOur original hotel was closed but nobody informed us prior to arrival and there was no clear instructions what to do about thisBreakfast was poor with limited choices of hot food although food from restaurante de agua and the casino was goodIt was manageable for 1 night but would have been an issue if staying konger

A beautiful place. On arrival we found Hotel Leon was closed and they directed us to Hotel Levante ( all on the same site ) which we felt was a superior hotel. The cost remained the same.

On booking I was repeatedly asked to validate my Spanish bank card even though I did it 2/3 times.

Beautiful location. Very relaxing, I know people write this and often don't mean it. This was one of the best nights sleep i have had in a long time. The rooms were clean, tidy, functional and well maintained. The grounds look amazing, and you must find the massive underground health complex,

Can't get any milk etc after 10pm.

the hotel looks very nice on the outside and entrace and it was a warm welcome at the reception. It's nice that the pool facilities are included.

The room was somewhat disappointing, very sober for the price you pay. No fridge, no amenities, very sober bathroom. It was outdated. Breakfast is not up to standard, very sober, poor quality, and coffee not recommended.

The swimming pools were very nice, big and you could spend a whole day without getting bored.

The beds were in very bad shape. I could feel the springs of the mattress. They could at least put a top coat with foam for a three star hotel…

The receptionist was nice

Breakfast lunch and dinner..the maitre D was quite rude...the food was awful ..the hotel thermae was superior..we paid well over the odds

I really liked the view outside. And also the warm water in the swimming pools. And breakfast was ok.

The food horrible - the girl from reception said that is possible to eat free buffet on 15€ /pers and the kid on half price and when we arrived up the guy charged us 20€ each one ?but isn’t this the probl. The probl is that the food was horrible - just the slice of pizza was a little better other things not to eat, without taste or really dry( chicken with garlic). So zero points for dinner at the hotel Leon. We paid 233€ for one night and I can say is to much for this structure, the room had no hair dryer, the door to the bathroom did not close , the saunas +35€/pers if you want +40€ for dinner . The hotel inside is clean but is really old. Not recommend for this price this structure.

Great location, nice clean good size room.

It was noisy above our room, sounded like a washing machine and light banging. Stopped around 11pm.

In the room was no safe box and no refrigerator.

Facilities

Staff, very unhelpful. My sister hid her purse under her bed containing all her holiday cash and credit cards while we went out to dinner, next morning we checked out and she forgot her purse, a friend who speaks Spanish telephoned the hotel to explain our situation and they said it wasn’t there. I drove back to the hotel which was 2 hours away and was met by a non english speaking receptionist who didn’t understand us and eventually put someone on the phone who spoke some English, they were very dismissive of our situation and wouldn’t let us go to the room with a member of staff to show them exactly where the purse was, so we asked if a staff member could check again as we had driven all the way back but they said no someone is now renting the room. They were extremely unhelpful and it’s totally spoilt my sisters holiday. Really poor customer service. Someone has the purse……

Checking in and out was easy. Staff were friendly and spoke English which is a bonus.

Couldn't order drinks at.dinner for some reason.

Location lovely. SPA was very relaxing. Casino Bar was a great place to sit and chat over a beer .

Well, we arrived at the hotel Leon to find it was closed for renovation. We had had no info regarding this closure. No one to ask, Reception closed. Luckily a member of staff appeared and we were then informed to check in at hotel Therme. No apology given for not informing us about the closure. The room was on the 2nd floor and the lift only went to the 1st floor. After lengthy discussions were given a room on the ground floor.This is the 3rd visit for us. Meals were OK but the cost was 25 euros instead of the 20 euros at the Leon.We chose the Leon because it is closer to the spa. This will be our last visit to this facility. Very disappointed.There is no excuse for not informing us about the hotel closure. An email costs nothing!! Thoroughly spoilt our visit. A special occasion for Valentines day. We would at least expect an apology for the inconsiderate way they treat their guests.
