- When asked about where we can go for a short trail, instead of simply and to the point guidance we were offered to buy a special map.. that's 1st time we encountered such an approach in hotels. Offer for vegetarian food is subpar and only for sake of being offered - zero creativity and intention to really satisfy here.. No late check out option - even for the money (very strange). When booking, I've explicitly asked for what are the requirements on arrival and nothing was mentioned, neither communicated later. Only by having an accidental call to them a day before we did realized we MUST arrive with the Covid Test and there are no testing option at the hotel at the evening.

All perfect. Tasty, fresh, everything perfect. I would suggest to prolong breakfast time by 30 min, but I understand this is not that easy :-).
