The pool and spa area was very nice

The food was OK, but not the greatest half board meal that we’ve had. The fish dish was very heavy overall. Breakfast was OK but not great.

The staff were very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was easy to find a place by yourself in the upstairs infinity pools. The physiotherapist was amazing and really helped my pain levels. The food was incredible. Plentiful and of a very high and tasty standard. A seven course dinner no less and included in half board. The hotel had free e-bikes to borrow and the town was set out so perfectly for riding around. You can ride over the bridge between Germany and Austria.There were many fitness activities you could sign up for like stretching and water aerobics. I had a wonderful time. I could have stayed there another week at least!

My room was on the top floor and so quite hot. The weather had been particularly hot and even though it wasn't when I was there, the building had stored the heat. I should have asked for a fan but didn't so that's on me.

Very nice resort … event sauna is amazing. Pools and chill areas are very inviting

7 course dinner was ok … service really great as and meals were solid but nothing exceptional given the time we were waiting … just to be sure this is really a minor observation

Exceptional food, ambience, facilites, and staff made our stay a wonderful experience. THis was the second time we came for a weekend. We will surely come again. Thank you for making our stay exceptional.

If you are looking for really TOP services, this hotel is the right one for you. TOP thermal spa, TOP restaurant, TOP people everywhere. We loved our stay from 1st minute to the last.

Departure - we would like to stay forever.

This was our 3rd visit. Quality is consistently high. No real complains. Room is ok, but we only sleep there. Fantastic spa, very good bar and breakfast, fantastic dinner, reasonable prices for drinks. We will come back for sure.

Only complain, everything is in German, no other language. Even menu in restaurant, so Google translate it is ?

This resort is one of the most magical places I have seen. We got an upgrade for a best available room and was seriously blown away by it. The food was tremendous. Best wellness I have ever experienced. We felt special during our stay and hope to return soon!

Little older gym equipment (and lack of heavy dumbbells :D) and extremely soft mattresses that completely ruined my sleep :(.

Location and facilities.

As we speak only English there was sometimes a little problem to explain what we wanted. All menus are in German only.

I enjoyed the accommodations, The room was fantastic and the food was good. Room was clean and the locations was very nice. The spa area was great.

I was told at check out that they would not give me an invoice because I paid through booking.com. I explained this is not normal, however I was told this is the way it works. Big surprise, I found out after returning that booking.com does not give you an invoice after all. Basically, the place was great, however the attitude from some of the staff especially at the end was extremely disappointing. I even recently attempted to reached out over Booking.com again and never received any response.

My second visit in few months.Let me separate the review.Room: We had a standard double, nothing exceptional, but fine considering that you won’t spend too much time in the room. At least we did not. The only thing I would really improve is bed, soft for me and not very comfortable. But nothing crazy, just not great. Very good soundproofing, could not hear anything from other rooms.Spa: fantastic, not feeling overcrowded even with busy hotel. Love this place and it is worth every cent.Food: fantastic local breakfast, loved it. Really good 7 course dinner every evening. Quality is very high, service really friendly. I even think that dinner is better comparing to last visit in October. Reasonable drink prices, no complains.

SPA is a reason to visit. extensive bread selection for breakfast. decent wine selection. free e-bike.

Mixed experience with service.

Area where the Hotel is located is very quiet. Parking is undergroud. Arriving a guy at the reception was very helpfull and showed me the facilities of the hotel. Room was spacious with all the amenities. SPA was amazing. Clean, full of different degrees saunas and steam bath. Indoor/outdoor pool was huge with hot water and whirlpool. I appreciate the fact that pool is opening 6:30 am just before breakfast. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, full of variety and high quality products. I will visit this hotel again

You may laugh, but sleepers were small for my feet.

spa facilities were very accomodating.

first of all you are not allowed have a drink anywhere in the hotel, except for the restaurant. and restaurant is only open for breakfast lunch and dinner. although it is a spa hotel, if you forgot something they dont provide any supplies like a comb. and for me the worst part was the shower in the room. it has the smalles shower head like 2 finger wide and you can not arrange the angle. it was so hard to have a proper shower. last but not least our curtains were filty disgusting. this hotel itself does not worth over 60 euro a night. although the spa facilities are great, if you want a treatment you pay them seperately anyway.

Wellness/spa area is amazing, excellent breakfast and dinner, quiet, very friendly staff, perfect for couples.

Nothing, everything was good

The hotel was fairly busy but the Therme was so spacious and there was loads of areas to find peace and quite. The outside Biotop was brilliant for a refreshing swim

Perhaps WiFi could be better as signal wasn’t at every part of the property.
