Pros +
- We were able to switch rooms quickly. The overnight guest services lady was very helpful.
- Low price
- The staff was very cautious, she was very careful to not share my information out loud as a single female traveling with just my son, she didn?t say my phone number or room number out loud.
Cons -
- I was not able to check into the hotel until after 3pm. Very inconvenient.Our 1st room had stains on bed skirt & shower nozzle broke as soon as we tried to turn it on. 2nd room had hair all over shower and the sink would not drain water.
- Could here the people upstairs talking and the floor in my room squeaked and felt weak when walking in certain areas
- The door in my room didn?t lock only the extra security lock worked
