- THE LOCATION IS GREAT, THE HOTEL WAS NICE, BUT THAT IS IT.
- Easy to get to, very friendly helpful staff
- The water pressure of the shower was so good and it felt like this hotel has a water softening system. Loved that!
Cons -
- I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I PURCHASED, WAS PUT IN A SMALLER ROOM AND IT WAS A HANDICAP ROOM. WAS CHARGED THE ORIGINAL PRICE FOR THE ROOM I DID NOT GET. I FEEL AS IF THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME CHARGING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR A LESSER ROOM. NOT WILLING TO HELP ME.
- Several lights in the room did not work - we checked in at 11;40 pm and checked out at 6am so we didn¿t have time to mention it but it was a little disappointing¿
- The room we stayed in was on the freeway side of the building and it was very noisy in the room all night long.
