Pros +
- Not much. It shared a parking lot with a Denny’s, I guess, so we were able to spend most of our waking time not in our room.
- Staff was still kind.
- The staff were nice and the room was clean
Cons -
- It reeked of smoke, even though the rooms all say non-smoking. Cigarettes AND marijuana. The ceiling of the bathroom had peeling and bubbling plaster and paint, the floor in the room had a filmy greasy sort of feeling that felt…not great on bare feet. It honestly felt… gross and unsafe.
- Stairs in the north were dirty and smelled bad with marijuana and smoking. The carpets were not clean. The breakfast room is too small. The sign there shows that guests were not allowed to take food but the room is not spacious.
- The building is old and outdated (those windows have to be at least 50 years old) and there were cigarette burns in the bedding on both beds in our non-smoking room

Staff was still kind.
