- You were closed and under renovation on the day I tried to check in. No emails or anything stating this.

- I can’t believe that booking.com sent me a survey on this hotel. I already advised you that you booked me into a hotel that was not even open. No one advised me that it was closed for remodeling until I called them on my arrival. Huge inconvenience and I will no longer be using booking.com
- Couldn’t check in, closed due renovations
- I arrived after a 27 hour travel day for my 2 night booking. The lady in reception asks me if I have a booking for that night and I explain to her that’s a two night booking and she says ‘your booking has been cancelled’. Apparently the hotel had to be closed due to ongoing renovation. I had no communication to let me know about the cancellation. No email, no call, nothing. They were throwing people out who were already staying there. No compensation. No apology. NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS!!!!!

NOTHING!!
I pulled up to the hotel to check in & it was out of business!!!! Had a sign on the door that said " We are closed". I booked it on booking.com & received a confirmation & everything. Why was it listed on the booking.com website of available hotels for the dates that I need if they were out of business??? The whole ordeal was frustrating!!!
