- My daughter ended up having emergency surgery and we were unable to stay the second night so I was surprised that the hotel did not try to be more accommodating due to the unforeseen circumstances. We were not offered anything back for our room, nothing!
- Towels and wash clothes were dirty. The bed had hair all over it and the covers had holes in them.
