Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform President Hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Valet parking charge: $51.30 daily for standard cars including sedan cars, SUV, and minivans $74.10 daily for Commercial vans or vans up to 15 seats. Guests will have access to the rooftop pool at an adjacent hotel. Please note the guest's identification used at check-in must match the name on the reservation and the name on the credit card used to pay for their stay. Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note a USD 150.00 per night, per room deposit will be charged on the day of arrival for incidentals and is refundable. Your deposit will be released upon checkout, subject to an inspection of the property. A daily mandatory resort fee will be charged and covers cost of: • American Buffet Breakfast. • Beach towels • Housekeeping • In-room bottled water • In-room safe • Internet access • Partner property access • Partner property pool access • Phone calls • Luggage Storage • Local calls The nightly resort fee of USD 38.76 (tax inclusive) per accommodations is based on 2 guests. An additional nightly resort fee of USD 19.38 (tax inclusive) will be charged for each additional guest. The resort fees are excluded from the rate and collected at the property upon check-in.
