Pros +

  • Quiet, convenient, and clean. Some furniture was older, but it was all clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!
  • The personnel at the hotel was very accommodating and honest.
  • Two hot tubs - it wasn?t super busy.

Cons -

  • Not a lot of lighting in the parking lot so it was a bit difficult to find the way out in the dark.
  • For the brand the hotel was tired and needed a significant renovation for the ?grand opening?.
  • The Coin machine for the laundry room was out of quarters; 2/3operating washers and only 1/3 functional dryer. Pool was green and unkept. Sauna inoperable. The snow was not plowed in parking lot. The customer service was ?I just work here? attitude.
