- Great hotel, great late-season price, great employees.

- New and close to the mountain
Cons -
- Like ALL hotels and condos in snow country, it is difficult to get the room to an appropriate sleeping temperature (mid 60's). Had to crack open the window. I had read bad reviews of the bistro's food. But breakfast was good.
- Check in took over 30 min. Asked multiple times for room to be cleaned (minor things like taking out garbage and getting new towels) and at 8pm on our last night it was done!
- Did not get my room until 7 pm. We arrived at 3 and had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours to get a room that was promised at 4. Then they charged and additional 18$ for something i have no ideas what.
