Pros +

Simple but clean room, it was all I needed for 1 night. Bed was comfortable. Close to bus station.
Good location if youre leaving on a Tica bus early the next morning, not for vacation!
The staff is really nice, the rooms are nice and clean. It is located close to a lot of shops and restaurants, so it is easy to get around.

Cons -

It was really loud, singing and screaming from the bar downstairs.
Mold everywhere in the bathroom and on the walls right next to bed. Dirty sheets and towels. Not a nice neighborhood to be around.
It is loud and you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel. Guests do not get a key for the front door, so you have to ring the bell each time to go out or in to the front door. So the bell rings also through the night and early morning and it is really loud. But because of this system you also feel safe, but it is inconvenient.
