- Restaurant pricing was very high compared to the room rates. What a bad surprise. When you book a 3-star hotel like this, you don't expect 4-star or higher prices, especially when you are traveling on business.
- Older furniture in the room, soft old beds, food was marginal at best and the outdoor pool was covered algae!
- Rooms were dingy, smelled moldy, walls looked dirty, window was blocked out so not able to look outside at all, housekeeper kept dirty sheet on end for days. No one available to help with bags

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

There was no water in bathroom from 9pm till 6am. Which we were told about but there was no discount for this inconvenience which I asked front desk for
