- The staff was very helpful
- Central location in downtown San Jose. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and most museums.
- the location is very good. close to a lot shopping and restaurants and museum.
Cons -
- Breakfast should have been included in the price.
- Absolutely NO privacy in the shower. The room we were initially assigned to had a frosted shower, allowing any one in the adjoining area to see inside. As a family with 2 older children, having a nearly see through shower is unacceptable.
- the hotel is very old, definitely need renovation. But with the price they offer, it is still a good deal.

Absolutely NO privacy in the shower. The room we were initially assigned to had a frosted shower, allowing any one in the adjoining area to see inside. As a family with 2 older children, having a nearly see through shower is unacceptable.

Central location in San Jose and charming old place.
No air conditioning, and rooms small, dated. I was delayed a day because of a train delay arrival to the FLL. I tried to contact the front desk and reservations via there phone contact but no answer. I left a email to reservations , but they never replied
