- The room is nice, although water leaks from the shower into the bathroom every day.
- The hotel was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when they were able to get us a table at the popular Sunday brunch.

- The service is inattentive, and untalented. Simple kitchen orders take 45 minutes to execute and the food comes out bad. All the dull staff do is give you an empty sorry, but donâ≢t offer to make things right in any meaningful way.
- The bathrooms do not provide any privacy due to the glass doors, which can be inconvenient when staying as a couple for an extended period of time.
- I would like if they had more variety in their restaurants

The hotel was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when they were able to get us a table at the popular Sunday brunch.

The hotel is just super chic, rooms are amazing, super modern with amazing views and great location. The staff/consierge were very helpful. The fitness studio, steamroom, jacuzzi were just phenomenal. One was able to just step out and relax.
