- All staff was great. Room was clean. large balcony. The hotel offered room service in the morning as well as turn down service around 5/6 PM. Several shops/food within 10 min walk. staff can help you with a ?taxi?! free water/tea/espresso in the room!

- check in process slightly unorganized, mainly due to set up of lobby but didn?t take long. one of the days room service took our towels/washcloths but didn?t replace them. Casino was relatively small. but no major complaints besides beach food prices?

nothing . It was NOTHING like the pictures, the pool was clean and renovated is the best thing I saw. My room was older, the toilet did not work, the office did not move me to another room and the it was extremely noisy. We got NO sleep. DO NOT GO.
