- Everything. The gym, the staff, the facilities, food, professionalism. The rooms are beautiful.
- It is a very nice resort with amazing gardens and views all around the resort. The pool next to the restaurant was really nice (the second pool not so much, and the poolbar at the second pool was closed). It is a large resort; we stayed one week in a 2 bedroom villa which was quite a walk to the pool and the restaurants, but because of the beautiful plants, flowers, music from the speakers etc, this was not a problem. And if needed, there is a little train available. The villa was nicely decorated, with all amenities you need, and very good beds and pillows. Front desk arranged dinner reservations, free shuttle from the airport, car rental, etc. Both restaurants were very good. Breakfast was included, and is a very nice a la carte with as much coffee and juice as you like; we even got complementary smoothies.
Cons -
- Nothing.
- There are 2 restaurants at the resort, but it was not always clear which restaurant would be open for dinner (even after asking the front desk we were sent to the wrong restaurant one time, which was quite a walk). Communication on this should be better.
