- Fantastic staff and location .
- Hotel is old and tucked between much larger hotels. I liked the balcony but the views were of parking lots and buildings. Not much you can do about that.
- pride of ownership. beautiful property
Cons -
- No hot water and the bed was terrible
- after hurricane Irma, they still have not gotten cable television back yet.
