Its location is excellent to be in the heart of Sailing Week activities.

Cons -

There is not a lobby or any staffed location. I had to find another guest to get a number to find someone to let me into my room. No hot water for two days and very sketchy internet. Not worth the "Resort Fees" that they charge.
