The room was cozy, clean, and had excellent water pressure and shower temperature, perfect for me and my two little ones. The location couldnt be more convenient, especially with a pharmacy right next door. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the owner, Manuel. He went above and beyond! So kind, welcoming, and genuinely generous. You can really feel how much he cares about his guests. We felt safe and supported :) Well absolutely be coming back the next time were in Cozumel. Highly, highly recommend!
Super helpful owner, communicative, flexible and replying quickly. Few minutes walk from the ferry. Nice garden to hang out. We could use bikes which helped us to explore a little nearby beaches. We could also store our luggage after check out.

Cons -

The kitchen wasn't very well equipped - there were no cups to make tea in the morning - or I couldn't locate them.
