- I regret we could not give a zero based on the condition of the hotel. Upon arrival we thought the hotel was closed! The lobby was closed and under renovation, no disclosure was provided prior to booking here. If they had, we NEVER would have stayed here.
- The pool was too cold to enjoy. We did not have hot water from the bathroom sink faucet.
