Unlimited meals, snacks and drinks are included at the Occidental Cozumel All Inclusive, which offers 7 elegant restaurants serving Mexican and international cuisine. There are also 5 bars, a nightclub and an evening entertainment program. The Occidental Cozumel All Inclusive offers a wide selection of sports and activities, such as tennis court, pickleball court, multi-purpose court, snorkeling and kayak tours (free for 1 hour per day, to be used within the hotel's vicinity, subject to availability). In addition, snorkeling is available in the swimming pool. - Friendly staff, clean, and good amenities.
- The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I enjoyed beach access and how you can go from the ocean to the pool. I also enjoyed having the various locations on the campus for meals. The staff was always helpful. You have a great group of staff.
- Sail boat included.
Cons -
- Some food was not of great quality and some food was overdone. There wasn't much variety from day to day. We had dinner at the 3 restaurants. The food was Ok. I expected better. I think the food is why I cannot give a 10 for overall.
- Poor quality liquor and food. This brand does not understand restaurant hospitality. Beach is misleading. Very small beach. Not walkable if thats what you enjoy. We have an issue of unaccountable funds and a charge to credit card before even using it.
- The front desk staff and maintenance of the hotel needs work. The AC did not work at all in our first room, and when transferred to our second room the lights didnt work and each time they said would send out someone to look at it, but no one ever came.
