- Hotel is clean with nice pool and gym. Location in the center of Merida, very convenient.

Cons -
- The hotel needs urgently maintenance on A/C elevators, and in general any electric device. Door locks, electrical stairs, etc.
- Rooms AC did not work, heavy mold smell, complaint to reception desk, spent a sweaty night. Second day, changed to another room were 4 floor tiles were loose, a trip and fall hazard for children and seniors. AC system is old.
- Rooms are older, jacuzzi wasn¿t working, restaurant food was nasty.
