- The staff and location. Everyone was beyond friendly and welcoming. Comfortable beds and beautiful hotel.
- Buffet breakfast
- The staff, the Sky lounge and the breakfast.
Cons -
- The shower floor is a bit slippery.
- Front desk dint say that we have to pay extra for the breakfast, front desk is not helpful, also one of the buzz boy jorge arranged a tour for us We been waiting, Noone showed up, we couldn't go for guided tour, stayed at town, hotel staff should not
- I wish THEY CAN MAKE THE SKY LOUNGE MORE ATTRACTIVE TO PEOPLE.

Great Location. Very clean, the food and bar are phenomenal. The staff is by far some of the most attentive.
