- No hot water, after 5 minutes only luke-warm

- The only one drawback was the non-exis"free shuttle". We had to pay $26usd [500 pesos] R/T taxi round-trip from the airport since there was no shuttle available either way.

The staff was excellent! Warm, friendly, and very helpful.
