Located in a select area of Boca del Río, this luxurious hotel offers relaxing spa services and enjoyable on-site facilities, such as 2 gourmet restaurants, just minutes from the convention center. Rooms are air-conditioned and have a safety deposit box. All rooms also have private bathrooms. Grand Fiesta Americana Veracruz is beach-front and offers excellent views. Go swimming in the indoor or outdoor pools, then play a game of tennis. After a busy day, relax with a specialty music therapy or aromatherapy treatment in the spa. Enjoy seafood, Italian and Argentinian dishes at Arantzia Restaurant and Rosato Restaurant and have a drink at the snack bar and lobby bar. For casual dining in a vibrant atmosphere, stop by the hotel's cafe, where a daily continental breakfast is served.

- Level of comfort and luxury and private beach.
- The staff was the best part of the stay there.
- The staff was amazing....extremely attentive! They made us feel so special. A huge call out for the pool staff (and the lady behind the cashier), the bar waitresses  and everyone else we encountered! Great hotel!
Cons -
- I booked two rooms. One was for my parents that was supposed to be handicap accessible. It was the same as any other room and did not have a walk in shower like the description said. Also it was on the 3rd floor.
- The Italian restaurant was awful at least the dishes we had. Terrible soggy soupy eggplant parmigiana and a lasagna that was not baked topped with congealed cheese and stuffed with shredded meat that was better suited to a tropical menu.
- The check in took just about 45 mins, the pool noise from the activities and music was super loud in the room, in the bathroom you can clearly hear the next door room¿s conversation as if they were in the bathroom with you.
