- This was our second stay at this hotel because the hotel itself is really good. It has a large car park. The rooms are basically just a bed and a wardrobe, which is fine for one night. The breakfast is average, but at least this time it was ready on time (the first time it was almost an hour late).
Cons -
- This time we had a room on the fifth floor - it smelled of sewage. It was impossible to ventilate the room as the window did not open. Customer service is very poor. The receptionist served 3 people for 40 minutes, taking breaks to chat to a colleague. When it was my turn, she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes, saying that my name was hard to spell and that we did not speak Spanish.
